Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of edittree.in and of the services and tools operated by EditTree ("EditTree", "we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our Services

EditTree provides creative services such as branding, ad creative, web design and motion graphics. Each project is covered by a written quotation, proposal or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the written agreement for the project applies.

Using Our Website

You agree not to:

• use the website for anything unlawful or harmful
• try to gain access to parts of it, or to systems connected to it, that you are not authorised to use
• interfere with how it works, or copy it in bulk with automated tools
• submit information that is false or that you have no right to share

Our Publishing Tools

EditTree runs a private publishing tool, EditTree Publisher, to schedule and publish content to social media accounts owned by EditTree. It is not offered to the public, and access is limited to authorised EditTree team members.

When an account is connected, how we handle the data we receive from that platform is described in our Privacy Policy. You can remove our access at any time, and ask us to delete what we hold, by following the steps on our Data Deletion page.

Third-Party Platforms

Social media and other third-party platforms we work with, such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, TikTok and Reddit, are run by other companies. We do not control them, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their availability, changes or content.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including our name, logo, design, text and portfolio work, belongs to EditTree or its licensors, and you may not reuse it without our written permission. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set out in the agreement for that project. Names and logos of other companies belong to their owners.

Disclaimer

The website and our tools are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep information accurate and services running, but we do not promise that they will always be available, error free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, EditTree is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website or our tools. For paid services, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Suspension and Ending Access

We may suspend or end access to the website or our tools at any time, for example if these terms are broken or to protect our systems.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to These Terms

EditTree may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continuing to use the website or our tools after a change means you accept the new terms.
